Shipping and delivery policy

Batavia Legal Vault sells digital products only: editable legal drafts in Word format and access plans to the online library. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no delivery charges.

Single drafts

Once your payment is confirmed, the draft is available immediately under My account → Downloads, and a download link is sent to the email address on your account.

Plans

A plan is activated immediately on payment. You can download any draft in the library from its page for the period of your plan.

If you do not receive access

If your payment went through but you cannot see your download or plan, write to flyingforest09@gmail.com with your order number. We will fix it within 3 working days or refund you under our refund policy.
