About Batavia Legal Vault

Batavia Legal Vault is a library of practical legal drafts for Indian practice, with a focus on Maharashtra. The drafts are based on documents used in real matters before the courts and registration offices in Mumbai, and they are reviewed and updated as the law changes.

Each draft comes with a short summary, guidance on when to use it, and, for subscribers, drafting notes that explain the choices in the document and the points that are most often got wrong.
