Refund and cancellation policy

Drafts and plans on this Site are digital products delivered instantly, so purchases are generally final.

When we will refund

• You were charged twice for the same order
• Payment went through but you did not receive access, and we cannot fix it within 3 working days
• You bought a single draft and have not downloaded it, and you ask within 7 days of purchase
• You bought a plan and ask within 7 days of purchase, having downloaded no more than 3 drafts

How to ask

Write to us through the contact page with your order number. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days.

Cancellation

Plans do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Your access simply ends at the end of the period.
